Shipping Methods

There are two types of shipping methods via this website.  

  1. Certain products are print-on-demand and are therefore shipped externally via Printful. These products include the posters and wall hangings on this site. These products will usually arrive much faster internationally as they are sent from a warehouse within your country. 
  1. All other orders are dispatched by me via Royal Mail in the UK. Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of your order. 

Orders are shipped out throughout the week and typically take 1-3 days to be dispatched, during particularly busy periods it may take up to a week so your patience is appreciated. 

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, sometimes these go into spam or junk folders, so be sure to double check. 

 

UK 

There are two shipping options at checkout: 

UK Standard – 1-2 days delivery aim with no tracking. 

UK Tracked – next-day delivery aim with full tracking after dispatch. 

 

If you select a tracked shipping option at checkout, you will receive a tracking number which will update throughout the journey. If tracked shipping is not selected, your order will be sent untracked. 

 

Royal Mail will not class a 1st class order as lost until it’s been at least 2 weeks since the dispatch date, please allow that time to pass before reaching out. It’s very rare that an order gets lost, but if it does go missing send me an email and I’ll investigate it for you.  

 

EUROPE 

There is only one option at checkout. This is due to each parcel being sent tracked, to ensure that your orders do not go missing once I send them out. 

International Tracked – 7 working days delivery aim with full tracking after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number which will update throughout the journey. 

 

Royal Mail will not class an International Standard order as lost until it’s been at least 6 weeks since the dispatch date, please allow that time to pass before reaching out. It’s very rare that an order gets lost, but if it does go missing send me an email and I’ll investigate for you. 

 

USA  

There is only one option at checkout. This is due to each parcel being sent tracked, to ensure that your orders do not go missing once I send them out. 

International Tracked – 7 working days delivery aim with full tracking after dispatch. 

You will receive a tracking number which will update throughout the journey.

Customs

Customers outside of the UK may have to pay import duties / customs charges upon receiving their order. Unfortunately, I am unable to control or predict what these fees might be, as this depends on the country being shipped to. 

PLEASE NOTE: It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any additional customs charges that may occur for overseas orders. 

Packaging

Orders shipped directly from me, and not via my print-on-demand service, are packaged sustainably. I use cardboard and compostable wrapping to ensure an environmentally friendly practice. 

All orders and artworks are packaged securely so that they arrive in good condition. For larger items, materials like bubble wrap or foam, and sturdy boxes or crates will be used to avoid damage during transport. 

Delivery times

Orders can be shipped Internationally, depending on your area. Please check if this website ships to your zone at the checkout. Your orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving payment. Shipping delivery times vary depending on the location of the recipient and the shipping method selected.

Unclaimed Orders

If your item is unclaimed and returned to sender, I am unable to offer you a full refund.  

If you would like your item to be shipped a second time, the shipping fees must be paid again. 

I am an independent artist and unfortunately cannot afford to pay for shipping twice if you missed your delivery time. 

In place of this, I can offer a partial refund dependant on the situation. Email me to discuss these matters further. 

 

PLEASE NOTE: if you do not contact me within 10 working days of your order being unclaimed and returned to me, I cannot refund your order. 

Refunds and Returns

My refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase arrived, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

General Info

  • Please ensure your shipping address, email address and phone number are all correct. 
  • You will receive shipping confirmation once your order has been sent out (check spam and junk folders!) 
  • If you have put an incorrect shipping address, you must email me immediately, before your order is dispatched so that I can change it. 
  • I cannot refund an order if it has been lost due to an incorrect address. It should get sent back to me, in which case you will need to contact me about re-attempting your delivery. Shipping costs will need to be paid for again in this instance.
  • If you’re ordering for a gift, or need it by a specific date, then please contact me with the details.
